1930 VINTAGE BENTLEY FOUR-AND-A-HALF LITRE REPLICA £

1930 VINTAGE BENTLEY FOUR-AND-A-HALF LITRE REPLICA.
This stunning car was built about 25 years ago on a 1952 R-type four and a half litre modified chassis, to a very high standard.  Some desirable upgrades have been made over the years: a thirty gallon long-range fuel tank, high-ratio back axle, nineteen inch wire wheels with Blockley tyres, electronic ignition, Kenlowe radiator cooling fan and trafficators, to list a few. The hood and side curtains are both good and will keep out  poor weather, the tonneau is still a good tight fit. The engine has just been tuned on the rolling road and is performing well and with the tall gearing will cruise effortlessly at speeds in excess of eighty miles an hour at relatively low revs. The bodywork, paint and chrome are in excellent condition; the interior has just been professionally restored with new connaught green hide and Wilton carpet.
This is a fabulous looking, well proportioned car with lots of performance. Ideal for motoring holidays and touring events, as the extra-large fuel-tank provides a huge range between fuel stops.
