This is one of the very rare Frogeye Sprite restoration kits made in 1986 by 'The Frogeye Car Company' in the Isle of White. According to the correspondence this was the first one sold by the company! It has a tubular box chassis (galvanised) and a glass fibre body/floor-pan/bulkhead assembly with fitted doors and forward hinging bonnet. Powered by a 1275 MG engine with a lead free head and twin SU's, disc front brakes and moto lita steering wheel, it's a very lively little car and being so light she handles like a go-kart. Final drive is through a 3.4:1 diff which makes motorway cruising possible and having full weather equipment you might stay dry! This car is in outstanding condition and hard to believe its 28 years old. I have in the comprehensive history file the original order letter confirming this is the first car ordered! A unique opportunity to own a small piece of motoring history. Registered in 1962 as a historic vehicle with original log book. £11950
